Contact Manager
The
Lumen Contact Manager (CM) is a robust contact management system
designed to provide the information needed to not only land business,
but to maintain your current clients. The Lumen CM tracks contact
activities and prospects with many time saving means of capturing
information providing the most non-intrusive ways to collect account
information which is often the down fall of any CM application. The
Lumen CM also operates within the Lumen Data Portal. This provides a
multitude of features not found in any other systems on the market
today, such as true data safe multi-user access, Lumen Software's
patented easy user management and user application and data access
management, data access and application journaling, virtual desktop and
much more. In addition, the Lumen CM interacts directly with the Lumen
Web Content Management and Analysis (Business Intelligence) System, and
Lumen Help Desk Management System.

* Secure Access Anywhere, Anytime. Through the Lumenation framework
your staff is able to access their appropriate applications and data
through browser access (even 28.8 dial-up speeds) without requiring any
client software loaded on a desktop. In an airport, conference email
station, you have all you need to perform all your task in CM or other
Lumenation modules. (See Lumenation framework for more details.) * Fully Customizable. System is fully customizable by your organization.
* Multi-User Access. Through the Lumenation framework all applications
provide data safe multi-user access. (See Lumenation framework for more
details.) * E-mail Request Routing. Lumenations e-mail parsing
technology allows you to receive e-mails from your website/marketing
materials and the Lumen CM will automatically format the e-mail into a
CRM contact and route to the appropriate sales team. * Business
Intelligence. Lumen CM is able to utilize an organizations website if
it is the Lumen Content Management System (CMS). CMS has the unique
ability of automatically learning literally who has accessed your
website. This information is then accessed by the CM system to
correlate with any rules your organization may have established and
will automatically make entries into the CM and notify the appropriate
internal staff such as sales reps. The system in most cases will even
know what product(s) they were interested in. * Multiple
Associations. System handles multiple associations per contact. For
example, track what products a client has purchased, potential
products, organizational roles within an organization, essentially
whatever attributes you need to track. * Prospect Manager. Track customers and prospects across all products and departments.
* Un-paralled Mass Contact Identification, Material Creation and
Distribution. Create HTML/text emails using Lumen's HTML amazing
editor, with the ability to keep templates on-file for future use, and
broadcast e-mail to selected clients through the CM query selection
system. * Scalable Organizational Tracking. The system features a
client database structure that supports the largest client organization
to the smallest. * Detailed Contact Tracking. Appropriate staff are
able to enter contact activities for each contact as well. The system
allows a user to identify the type of contact, date, time, product
referenced, description of the contact made and other items. *
Export Capabilities. Generate hello meeting labels, mailing labels and
export a file that can be used for mail merge in a word processor using
the CM query selection system.
