For these reasons Lumen Software offers substantial discounts on support fees for those clients who purchase the recommended training for the applications and solutions they have been provided.
Lumen Software has a host of Support Services designed to meet the varied needs of our diverse customer base. From 24 hour e-mail submission to live phone support, we tailor support services to meet your needs. We are very proud of our customer satisfaction rating of 98% approval by the latest surveys. When you purchase a product from Lumen Software, your experience has just begun and we recognize this. Lumen Software is there to support you with friendly people, dedicated to making you successful. Lumen Software's array of services and administrative tools are designed to offer the most complete and cost efficient means of support for Lumenation systems and modules. Lumen Software Support Services are delivered via Internet access when possible to save you time and money. In addition, your organization may utilize on-site or phone support when the situation requires. Lumen Software Support Services will give you a level confidence backed by a guarantee which can only come from the experts who created the product and solutions you deploy.

All of Lumen Software's Lumenation based products such as, Portals, Interactive Components, Dashboards, Modules / Applications and Development Suite are both Lumen Software and Novell YES Certified to insure quality, ease of use and interoperability.

Support

In today's fast-paced, competitive business environment it's more important than ever to create and maintain long-lasting business relationships. The timeliness and quality of Product Support is the key to continued customer loyalty. Lumen Software offers three levels of support.

Tier 1
Tier I support includes access to Lumenation forums, bulletin boards, and a FAQ area to provide answers and discussion formats on topics like methods for integration, server specifications, clustering, and more. These services are provided at no charge to our customers.

Tier II
This support utilizes Lumen Software's unique feature-rich Help Desk Management solution to aid us in meeting your needs. To access the Lumen Help Desk Management system, users simply e-mail in plain text their requests to Lumen Software, which are then automatically routed to the appropriate support team for resolution. The Lumen Help Desk Management system also provides users with on-line access to check the status of your request.
Help Desk Access: Price is on a per incident request.

Tier III
This tier includes direct phone or on-site support.
Phone Support: $125 per hour (Block of 54hours $450)
On-site Support: $500/half day, $900/full day (plus travel expenses)
