Tier 1
Tier I support includes access to Lumenation forums, bulletin boards,
and a FAQ area to provide answers and discussion formats on topics like
methods for integration, server specifications, clustering, and more.
These services are provided at no charge to our customers.
Tier II
This support utilizes Lumen Software's unique feature-rich Help Desk
Management solution to aid us in meeting your needs. To access the
Lumen Help Desk Management system, users simply e-mail in plain text
their requests to Lumen Software, which are then automatically routed
to the appropriate support team for resolution. The Lumen Help Desk
Management system also provides users with on-line access to check the
status of your request.

Tier III
This tier includes direct phone or on-site support.
Phone Support: $125 per hour (Block of 54hours $450)
On-site Support: $500/half day, $900/full day (plus travel expenses)
