Hosted and Non-Hosted Solutions
To better serve our customer's needs, Lumen Software offers both a hosted and non-hosted option for the Lumenation Portal. There are unique advantages to both. Hosted Solution Hosted means that Lumen Software will host the service at our facility. No additional hardware or infrastructure modifications are necessary. All that is required is Internet access to utilize the system. This option provides an organization with the ability to immediately deploy the Lumenation Portal without any infrastructure investment. Lumen Software houses the host servers in a state-of-the-art-facility which includes:

Redundant Data Back-up
Static and Humidity Controls
Monitoring Center
Non-Hosted Solution Non-Hosted requires your organization to supply the hardware infrastructure housed at your location or a location of your choosing. Most organizations that choose this route want the ability to have the server on-site for management purposes. In order to fully utilize the data access capabilities of Lumenation, you should select the non-hosted option. Server Specs are presented on the right.
