This Lumenation module allows an organization to internally manage
all aspects of request processing. All request tracking, delegating,
completion, and generating work assignments, as well as an automatic
notificatione-mail
and user dashboard, is inherent in the system. From
the person that submitted the request, to the individual who manages and or
fulfills the request, everyone is "in the loop" with no manual forms and no
phone calls. System also featurtes a system journaling system that tracks all
events that occur in the cycle of every request. Technicians are able to
develop their own queries by simply using the Request Query builder and can then
select interactively the query they wish to use to use to select the requests
they wish to work with or view. System also features a
Things-to-Try user help system. This system displays to
users possible resolutions to their problem they can perform to
possibly complete the request before going to a technician or support team. through Help Desk Manager module operates within the Lumenation. This allows for this module to be
plugged in and it is fully operational and integrated
with the EzEnterprise and any other EzApps
that may be implemented. EzEnterprise Manager handles all
user application and user data access so a user may easily establish their
security needs. EzEnterprise allows users to gain through Internet access their
user-specific secured applications and data access restrictions to utilize the
Helpdesk manager within their organization or enterprise.
